Private sessions are 60-minute one-on-one lessons customized to fit your needs and schedule.
What happens during a private?
As the session begins the instructor will ask you about your goals and intentions. With this information they will customize the session to meet your goals within the hour. The time is yours, feel free to ask questions and delve deeper into any portion of your session. You will receive adjustments to help you understand how to properly practice yoga postures for your body. The session closes with a review of what taught and a few poses to practice at home.
